I am working on a plugin for the wordpress framework to provide the ability to do property management and resident management.  This will also have an accounting package to track expenses, profits, and a lot more.  I originally did a web application for www.simplepropertymanager.com and we decided to bring this web app into wordpress to allow future updates, and sell this plugin to other property managers.  This is not like a real estate plugin or app, this allows properties to be put into the system, and residents, and then assign residents to properties.  Also, you assign the rent amounts, lease information, and track expenses and deposits.  The original site also had a letter generator and you could track the letters that were sent to your residents.

All of these features plus a few new ones will be installed for this new wordpress plugin property manager!

Currently this is under development, so there is nothing to test or release, however by October 2010, there should be something to test or download.

A new custom layout, using WordPress for the CMS.  This site is a custom developed site from the ground up.

It has been a pleasure working on this and we hope to launch it by the end of June, 2010.

A complete re-design with some custom programming.  Their site was created about 10 years ago, and boy does it look like it.

We came up with a fresh new look and some interesting jQuery inspired effects to make their web site really stand out.
